To me that isn`t the point of the Employee Entrepreneur Mindset discussion; reasons to? Because not everyone is meant to be an entrepreneur and not individuals are meant to be an employee! Humble! The thousands of companies that exist today didn’t exist if everyone wanted to be an entrepreneur and run their own family based business. Conversely there has to some entrepreneurs to the businesses to products and services and the livelihoods that go within them.

While I agree right now there are types of entrepreneurs with different skill sets and instincts, I don’t think it’s not something that can’t be taught.
